Are you having trouble with the online gift certificates ?
Here are some frequent problems:
- Download your Gift Certificate PDF under My Account !
- As soon as your order is “completed” , you are able to go to My Account ( link ) and log in under the email and username you used to purchase the gift certificate from and Download your Gift Voucher in PDF format!
- I am not receiving my Gift Certificate through my email ?
- If you put your email address where the certificate should go, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder for your Garlic Mike’s gift certificate.
- My recipient is not receiving the Gift Certificate ?
- We can’t guarantee that our Gift Certificate will show up in everyone’s inbox. There are so many factors involved with email. We recommend, if you use our system to “email your recipient”, then please reach out to them and let them know they should receive a Garlic Mike’s gift certificate. Also let them know to have them check their SPAM or JUNK folder too.
- I see the email, how do I open/print ?
- Our system emails YOU or the RECIPIENT an attachment ( PDF ) of our Gift Certificate. Please download or open from your local computer. Next step would be to OPEN the PDF and to PRINT the gift certificate. Please note, you will need a PDF reader to open the gift certificate. Some popular options are Adobe PDF Reader or Foxit PDF reader.
